# プライバシーポリシー（ちずぬりえ）

本ポリシーは、モバイルアプリ「ちずぬりえ」（以下「本アプリ」）および
ウェブサイト https://chizunurie.gamebox777.org （以下「本サービス」）における
利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めます。本アプリは本サービスを表示する
ものであり、本ポリシーは双方に適用されます。

## 2. 取得する情報
本サービスでは以下の情報を取得します。
1. **アカウント情報**: Google でログインした場合、メールアドレス・表示名・
プロフィール画像。アカウント登録せずゲスト（匿名）として利用する場合は、
端末に紐づく匿名の識別子のみを発行します。
2. **位置情報（GPS）**: 「現地塗り」機能を使うときのみ、端末の位置情報を取得し、
塗るマス（約1kmのグリッド）の判定に使用します。塗ったマスの位置は
ゲームの進行データとして保存されます。位置情報の利用は任意で、許可しなくても
地図を手で塗って遊べます。
3. **ゲーム進行データ**: 塗ったマス、塗った市区町村・地域、ポイント、レベル、
経験値、プレイ時間など。
4. **利用ログ・アクセス情報**: ログイン・GPS利用・検索などの操作ログ、
アクセス日時、IPアドレス、端末・ブラウザ情報、（アクセス集計用に）IPから
生成したハッシュ値。
5. **Cookie・類似技術**: ログイン状態の維持、アクセス解析のために Cookie 等を
使用します（広告配信はブラウザ版のみ。**アプリ版は広告を表示しません**）。
## 3. 利用目的
– 本サービス（地図の塗り、進行の保存、ランキング等）の提供・運営
– ゲーム進行データの保存と、別端末への引き継ぎ
– 不正利用・不具合の検知と対応、サービスの改善
– アクセス状況の把握（アクセス解析）
– 広告の配信・表示
## 4. 第三者サービスの利用
本サービスは以下の Google のサービスを利用しており、それぞれの目的の範囲で
情報が送信されます。各社の取り扱いは各社のポリシーに従います。
– **Google ログイン（OAuth）**: 認証のため。
– **Google Analytics**: アクセス解析のため。利用状況・端末情報・識別子等。
– **Google AdSense / Google 広告（リワード広告を含む）**: 広告配信のため。
**ブラウザ版でのみ使用し、アプリ版では使用しません。**

## 5. 広告について
**アプリ版は広告を表示しません。** ブラウザ版（Web）には広告（Google AdSense および
動画リワード広告）が含まれ、広告配信のために第三者（Google 等）が Cookie・識別子を
使用し、利用者の興味に応じた広告が表示されることがあります。広告のパーソナライズは
[広告設定](https://myadcenter.google.com/) から無効にできます。
## 6. 情報の第三者提供
法令に基づく場合等を除き、取得した情報を本人の同意なく第三者へ提供しません。
ただし上記の第三者サービスへの送信は、本ポリシーへの同意の範囲で行われます。

取得した情報は利用目的の達成に必要な期間、または利用者からの削除依頼まで
保存します。
## 8. データの削除・利用者の権利
利用者は、自身のアカウントおよびゲーム進行データの開示・訂正・削除を
請求できます。削除をご希望の場合は **第1項の連絡先** までご連絡ください。
合理的な期間内に対応します。
## 9. 子どものプライバシー
本サービスは特に子ども向けに設計されたものではありません。位置情報や広告を
含むため、保護者の管理のもとでご利用ください。
## 10. 安全管理
取得した情報の漏えい・滅失等を防ぐため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
## 11. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は
本サービス上でお知らせします。

This policy describes how user information is handled in the mobile app
“Color the Map” (the “App”) and the website https://chizunurie.gamebox777.org
(the “Service”). The App displays the Service, so this policy applies to both.

## 2. Information we collect
1. **Account information**: If you sign in with Google, your email address,
display name, and profile image. If you play as a guest (anonymous) without
registering, only an anonymous identifier tied to the device is issued.
2. **Location (GPS)**: Only when you use the “Visit paint” feature, your device
location is read to determine which ~1km grid tile to paint. The location of
painted tiles is stored as gameplay progress. Location use is optional; you
can still play by painting the map manually without granting permission.
3. **Gameplay data**: Painted tiles, painted municipalities/regions, points,
levels, experience, play time, and similar.
4. **Logs and access data**: Operation logs (sign-in, GPS use, search), access
timestamps, IP address, device/browser information, and a hash derived from
the IP (used for access counting).
5. **Cookies and similar technologies**: Used to keep you signed in and for
analytics (advertising applies to the browser version only; **the app shows
no ads**).
## 3. Purposes
– Providing and operating the Service (painting, saving progress, rankings)
– Saving gameplay progress and carrying it over to other devices
– Detecting and addressing abuse and bugs, and improving the Service
– Understanding access (analytics)
– Delivering and displaying ads
## 4. Third-party services
The Service uses the following Google services, which receive information within
their respective purposes. Each provider handles data per its own policy.
– **Google Sign-In (OAuth)**: for authentication.
– **Google Analytics**: for usage analytics (usage, device info, identifiers).
– **Google AdSense / Google Ads (including rewarded ads)**: for advertising.
**Used on the browser version only, not in the app.**

## 5. Advertising
**The app shows no ads.** The browser (web) version contains ads (Google AdSense and
rewarded video ads); third parties (such as Google) may use cookies and identifiers
to deliver interest-based ads. You can turn off ad personalization at
[Google Ads settings](https://myadcenter.google.com/).
## 6. Disclosure to third parties
Except as required by law, we do not provide collected information to third
parties without consent. Transmission to the third-party services above occurs
within the scope of your agreement to this policy.
## 7. Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes above, or
until you request deletion.
## 8. Data deletion and your rights
You may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your account and gameplay
data. To request deletion, contact us at the address in Section 1. We will
respond within a reasonable period.
## 9. Children’s privacy
The Service is not specifically directed to children. Because it includes
location and ads, please use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
## 10. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect collected information against leakage or
loss.
## 11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as needed. We will announce significant changes on the
Service.
